Join Our CommunityThe first session is about getting oriented, not fixing everything at once. We'll talk through what's bringing you in, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope might change. There's no pressure to have the right words or a clear plan.
Many people start therapy without certainty, just a sense that something feels off or heavy. Therapy can help you sort through that uncertainty, clarify what's going on, and decide what support looks like for you right now.
Therapy focuses on how your thoughts, emotions, and patterns show up in daily life. Sessions are shaped by what feels most present, whether that's anxiety, burnout, relationships, or navigating changes you're struggling to make sense of.
Sessions are typically 45 to 50 minutes. Frequency varies depending on your goals, needs, and availability. Some people meet weekly, others biweekly. We'll decide together what feels realistic and supportive over time.
We commonly work with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression, grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed or stuck, even if they're not sure how to label what they're experiencing.
Not knowing is completely okay. Many people start therapy feeling unsure where to begin. Therapy helps create space to explore what's been weighing on you and uncover what actually needs attention, without rushing clarity.
